That one basically switches out most of the vanilla styles for some from KS Hairdos, with It doesn't change their faces or anything, I believe, just switches out the styles and tweaks the NPCs so the hairs 'fit', I think. So, my game is pretty solid everywhere, except that some NPC's have like actual BLACK faces, and some have missing hair textures, leaving someone who still has hair, but it is completely blank. 
I went into LooT and put it to where two of my mods which add NPC's load after them, but to no fruit. The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question.
